All products are manufactured on-demand specifically for you after your order is placed. This means products are custom-made and cannot be restocked or resold. Our refund and cancellation policy reflects the custom nature of our products.
1. CANCELLATION_POLICY
1.1 Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided production has not yet started.
- ▸To cancel, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp
- ▸Include your Order ID in the cancellation request
- ▸Cancellations are subject to verification and approval
1.2 Production Started
Once production has started (typically within 1-2 hours of order placement), orders cannot be cancelled as your custom product is already being manufactured.
1.3 Cancellation Refund
If your cancellation is approved before production starts, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
2. REFUND_POLICY
2.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios
We offer replacements (or refunds where a replacement isn't possible) only in the following cases:
- ▸Print Defect: Misprints, smudged artwork, faded or incorrect print
- ▸Manufacturing Defect: Stitching issues, fabric tears, or material flaws
- ▸Damaged in Transit: Product arrived visibly damaged due to shipping
- ▸Wrong Item Sent: You received a completely different product than what you ordered
2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
Since all products are custom-printed on demand, refunds and returns will NOT be provided for:
- ▸Size issues: Wrong size selected by customer (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
- ▸Personal preference: Change of mind, didn't like the fit or feel, or buyer's remorse
- ▸Color variations due to monitor/screen settings
- ▸Minor print variations (inherent to the print-on-demand process)
- ▸Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- ▸Delays caused by courier or circumstances beyond our control
2.3 Refund Timeline
If your refund is approved:
- ▸Refund processing: 2-3 business days after approval
- ▸Bank/card credit: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- ▸UPI refunds: 1-3 business days
3. RETURN_PROCESS
3.1 Reporting a Defect
To request a replacement for a defective product:
- ▸Reach out to us on WhatsApp
- ▸Provide your Order ID and a description of the defect
- ▸Include clear photos showing the print defect or damage
- ▸Submit within 3 days of receiving the product
3.2 Review Process
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. We may request additional information or photos to verify the issue. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions or process your refund.
3.3 Return Shipping
- ▸For defective/damaged products: We cover return shipping costs
- ▸For wrong items sent: We cover return shipping and send the correct product
- ▸In most cases, defective items do not need to be shipped back — photos are sufficient
4. REPLACEMENT_POLICY
For verified print defects, manufacturing issues, or transit damage, we offer a free replacement:
- ▸Replacement products are manufactured and shipped at no additional cost
- ▸Processing time: 3-5 business days (standard production time)
- ▸A refund may be issued if a replacement is not feasible
- ▸Defective items typically do not need to be returned — clear photos are sufficient
Replacements are not available for size or preference-related issues.
5. QUALITY_GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product with a genuine quality issue, we will:
- ▸Provide a full replacement at no cost, or
- ▸Issue a full refund if replacement is not satisfactory
Quality issues include: print defects, incorrect colors, structural damage, or material flaws.
6. PARTIAL_REFUNDS
In certain situations, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion:
- ▸Minor print imperfections that don't significantly affect the product
- ▸Defect claims raised after the 3-day reporting window
- ▸Items showing signs of use or wear at the time of the defect claim
7. LOST_OR_UNDELIVERED_PACKAGES
If your package is lost or not delivered:
- ▸Contact us within 30 days of estimated delivery date
- ▸We'll investigate with the courier service
- ▸If package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund
- ▸Packages marked as delivered are not eligible for replacement/refund
8. INCORRECT_SHIPPING_ADDRESS
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Address corrections can only be made within 1 hour of order placement. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
