All products are manufactured on-demand and shipped from our fulfillment partners across India. This policy outlines our shipping process, timelines, and what you can expect when ordering from Corporate Merch.
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. PROCESSING_TIME
2.1 Production Timeline
Since all products are made-to-order:

- ▸Complex Items: 5-7 business days
- ▸Bulk Orders: 7-10 business days
2.2 What Happens After Order Placement
NOTE: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time does not include shipping time.
3. SHIPPING_METHODS
3.1 Standard Shipping
- ▸Delivery Time: 5-7 business days after dispatch
- ▸Courier Partners: BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post
- ▸Tracking: Provided via email and SMS
- ▸Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location
3.2 Express Shipping
Currently not available. All orders are shipped via standard shipping.
4. SHIPPING_ZONES_&_DELIVERY_TIME
Total delivery time = Processing Time (3-5 days) + Shipping Time (varies by zone)
ZONE 1: Metro Cities
Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad
Shipping Time: 3-5 business days
Total Time: 6-10 business days
ZONE 2: Tier 2 Cities
Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Indore, Kochi, Nagpur, Coimbatore, Visakhapatnam, etc.
Shipping Time: 5-7 business days
Total Time: 8-12 business days
ZONE 3: Remote/Rural Areas
Remote pincodes, hill stations, islands, and rural areas
Shipping Time: 7-10 business days
Total Time: 10-15 business days

5. SHIPPING_CHARGES
- ▸Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
- ▸Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999
- ▸Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if you return the product
- ▸For bulk orders (10+ items), contact us for special shipping rates
6. ORDER_TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- ▸Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- ▸SMS notification with tracking link
- ▸Real-time tracking via your account dashboard
- ▸Delivery updates at key milestones
You can track your order anytime by visiting your account page or using the tracking number on the courier's website.
7. DELIVERY_ISSUES
7.1 Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your package:
- ▸The courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times
- ▸You will receive a call/SMS from the courier
- ▸Package may be held at local courier office for pickup
- ▸After 7 days, package will be returned to us
7.2 Delayed Deliveries
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date:
- ▸Check your tracking status online
- ▸Contact us after 15 days of estimated delivery
- ▸We'll investigate with the courier
- ▸If package is lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund
7.3 Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes can only be made within 1 hour of order placement.
8. DELIVERY_ACCEPTANCE
When receiving your package:
- ▸Check the package for visible damage before accepting
- ▸If package is damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately
- ▸Open and inspect the product within 24 hours of delivery
- ▸Report any issues within 7 days via our support page
Once you accept the package from the courier, it is considered delivered. Claims for damaged items must be supported by photos and reported within 7 days.
9. UNSERVICEABLE_AREAS
Some remote locations may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your pincode is unserviceable:
- ▸You will be notified during checkout
- ▸Order cannot be placed for that address
- ▸Consider providing an alternate delivery address in a serviceable area
10. TAXES_&_DUTIES
All prices on our website are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) as applicable in India. There are no additional taxes or customs duties for domestic orders.
